Our latest update arrives on Sunday 8th March 2020 – introducing a new ‘Voice Dictation’ button for describing items on iOS (Apple) devices. What’s more, this functionality can be used on SIM enabled devices in offline mode. Our Android users already have this functionality by using the native voice dictate function within the free-type fields.
Following our previous ‘Mega Sync’ update in v.1.10.23 we have now also introduced ‘My Reports Only’ as the default sync settings when users log into their devices. Please Note: This won’t affect the settings you currently have set, unless you log-out and choose to log back-in.
When creating ‘Interim Visits’ and ‘Check-Outs’ we have also introduced a new option for ‘Items left behind require removal’ when identifying issues. This selection will display on the front page of these reports as a cleaning option and will also land in the ‘Maintenance Management’ area for creating spreadsheet exports, or sending to Fixflo.
Those are the headlines for this update, but we’ll be announcing a real game changer of an update next month!
