On Sunday 2nd February we release our latest update (v.1.10.23) which introduces significant speed enhancements for syncing, searching and generally navigating properties, tenancies and reports. What’s more, these improvements come at no additional cost, they’re part of our regular update roadmap – meaning your subscription keeps getting better!
Here’s the main new feature headlines (details explored further below):
- Mega Sync – Faster sync-down for speedy offline use. New ‘My Reports Only’ sync option designed to simplify sync choices.
- Supercharged Searching – Navigate property and tenant searches in a flash. Game changer for clients with large portfolios on the platform.
- Historic 3rd Party Report Access – Upload third party reports from browser and access them from via Android or iOS App (save in online mode first to access offline).
- View Historical Tenant Comments – When using the iOS/Android App to create check-outs, you can now view historical inventory tenant/occupant comments and agent responses within the App in an offline state. This makes comparative decisions more objective and easier to make.
Our browser version updates have been pushed-live already – so there’s no action required there (happens automatically). An update is required to install the latest features on your iOS or Android devices though, which can be accessed here for convenience: iOS (Apple) Appstore found here and; Android Google Playstore found here.
Webinar Update
This update is accompanied with an updated pre-recorded webinar around ‘Sync Settings & Working Offline‘. When logged in via browser, simply choose the ‘Dashboard’ area and ‘View All’ under the ‘Past Recordings’ section.
