Here at Inventory Hive, we are always looking to release improvements to the software, and after listening to feedback from our users, our latest software update incorporates a number of ‘quality of life’ amendments.
Tenancy set-up workflow amendment
Following feedback from our users, we have amended the tenancy set-up workflow options to allow greater flexibility whilst maintaining the integrity of the tenancy and report structure. We have also added more explanation text at the start of the process, so that the options available for each option are clear for all users.
Utility Image Uploader amendment
We have amended the image uploader tool within the Utility Meters section of reports to counter an issue affecting users, particularly on the iOS app.
Compliance wording amendments
We have made small amendments to some of the compliance questions within all report types to remove any ambiguity in interpretation and ensure that you are fully aware of requirements to meet current legislative standards. We have also removed the reference to COVID-19 in the access compliance for interim property visits. All users still have the option to utilise the self-inspection interim report workflow however as an alternative to the traditional property visit.
Diary with Maps add-on amendment
For customers who utilise our Diary with Maps add-on, we have also amended the layout of the report-to-diary linking section, including the availability of the links in offline mode.
In addition to these highlights, there are several other tweaks and optimisations that will make the use of the software even smoother.
