Faster Login Speeds
As the number of properties and reports increases within your Inventory Hive account, login timings can be delayed, which let’s be honest, is rather annoying. That’s why we’ve been busy creating selective syncing – a powerful addition to our rapidly developing property inventory software. Users can now choose the data they wish to sync from an ‘Easy to use’ menu (screenshot below).
More Efficient Syncing
In addition to the new sync choice menu, the overall syncing process has been fine-tuned. The result? Faster, more efficient and informative syncing. Users already have the ability to perform direct ‘before’ and ‘after’ comparisons by viewing and zooming-in on previous report photographs whilst in offline mode. This makes identifying cleanliness, repair, replacement and missing item issues a doddle. What’s more, users can even indicate if they believe changes in condition and cleanliness are due to tenant responsibility or not, whilst indicating a proposed charge. Of course, tenants then have the 0pportunity to provide feedback in a fair, audit trailed and paperless communication process – InventorySign®.
Better Template Bespoking
Users can now add bespoke rooms, items and descriptions within the ‘Property Templates‘ section of the website. So, if you have a preference for the contents of your reports, they can be tailored to your needs. For example, some users like to display the ‘Rear Elevation’ of a house whilst others will simply add this within the ‘Back Garden’ space. These new template enhancements will enable you to personalise accordingly – giving you more control than ever before.
