Renting a property can be a daunting process for anyone, couple that with the fact many UK tenants don’t speak English as their first language and it becomes even more complicated for those involved. For that reason, we decided to make some enhancements to our property inventory software.
Our InventorySign® process now enables users to communicate with tenants in their native tongue so as to help ensure a smoother approval cycle. A fair audit trailed process with tenant engagement at check-in leads to more detailed reports and ultimately less disputes at check-out.
Set tenant ‘Email Language’ with ease…
Users can set the native language of each individual tenant by selecting from the menu within our iOS or Android property inventory App via desktop, tablet or mobile (see below):
