Update – v.1.10.26 Fixflo Ticket Grouping & More!

On Sunday 19th April we release our latest update (v.1.10.26) which includes slick improvements to the way in which our Fixflo integration works, along with some other minor wording tweaks and upgrades.

Here’s the main new feature headlines (details explored further below):

  • Map properties to those within your Fixflo with ease.
  • Choose to group maintenance issues together per property, or per room – rather than lots of individual tickets.
  • Choose to send maintenance issues to Fixflo instantly, or upon report completion.
  • Additional comments regards defects now sent through to Fixflo alongside item descriptions.
  • Right to Rent guidance prompts introduced to highlight requirements during COVID-19 guidelines.
  • Interim Visit reports now have a general notes field for reports, which can be used in conjunction with ‘Urgent’ and ‘Non-Urgent’ issues on the front cover.

Please Note: Our Fixflo integration requires you to have a paid account subscription with Fixflo.

Our browser version updates have been pushed-live already – so there’s no action required there (happens automatically). An update is required to install the latest features on your iOS or Android devices though, which can be accessed here for convenience: iOS (Apple) Appstore found here and; Android Google Playstore found here.

Fixflo Webinar Update

This update is being accompanied with an updated webinar on Fixflo setup and usage over the next week. After the webinar goes live, our support library will also contain a host of setup and usage step-by-step guides on certain Fixflo topics.

There’s plenty more updates and enhancements to come in Q2 of 2020 – watch this space : )
