Over the last couple of years, we’re proud to have pioneered the fairest and most robust paperless approval process. The 1st to introduce automated audit-trailed tenant/occupant comment with instant photo feedback.
As our users will know though, we always listen to feedback and never rest on our laurels – there’s always room for improvement. That’s why today we announce the release of our new tenant approval screen, which doesn’t just look good, it comes with enhanced efficiencies that are slicker than an otters pocket!
Here’s a summary of what’s under the hood in this update:
- Tenants/Occupants can view their reports and feedback via step-by-step breadcrumbs as it were (rather than one long page). As before, this is all performed via a responsive webpage on their smartphone, tablet or desktop browser – no App download or password required (sent via secure email link and SMS).
- Tenants/Occupants must now verify they have moved-into their accommodation before feeding-back. Thus overcoming the problem of reports being signed-off too early.
- Tenants/Occupants can jump backwards to review previous sections of their report – make changes and then save their progress along the way. Meaning they can start reviewing and feeding back on their report today – save what they’ve reviewed and come back tomorrow to finish it off.
- enants/Occupants that lose their signal from room-to-room when reviewing their report need not worry – the new step-by-step approach, or breadcrumbs as we like to call it, means they’re progressively saving information along the way. So, they can simply hit the ‘View’ button from their email again and it will re-load the screen – back to where they left off!
- Tenants/Occupants can also access a handy ‘How It Works‘ guide video from the approval screen – accessible at their fingertips.
