Say Goodbye To Data Entry
The import tool can save hours of data entry time, so you can hit the ground running with your property inventories, interim visits & check-outs. This is perfect for loading-in your existing portfolio from the get-go, or even new accommodation blocks as and when they’re received.
How Does It Work?
Simply export a CSV file from your property management software or database and match the fields to our templates below for convenience.
Then import the data straight into your Inventory Hive account. We’ve created a simple step-by-step guide with relevant screenshots below, which can also be accessed from our support library. As always, if users require any help, our expert team are there to help.
Choose Templates With Each Import
The tool allows you to select one of our ‘Off-the-shelf’ templates with each import, or of course create your own bespoke template beforehand. For example, if you have an apartment block with identical fixtures & fittings and branded white goods, your template can be imported on mass to reflect that – HUGE time saver!! Ho Do I Activate The FREE import ‘Add-on’?
Activating the tool is easy, once logged-in via a browser (not the App version) click your name in the top right corner > Click ‘Add-ons’ > Click ‘CSV Import‘ > Click ‘Purchase’ > Agree the terms and hit ‘Submit plan change’. Interim Visit Report Update Next…
To compliment our new import tool, we’re currently underway with some enhancements to our Interim Visit property reports. These new look reports will come with more comprehensive compliance checklists and a general face lift.
Custom Branding ‘Add-on’ After that…
As mentioned above, we’re taking a pit-stop to upgrade our Interim Visit reports, but right after that – we’ll be releasing our branding Add-on (white labeling). This will be a powerful addition to our property inventory software platform.
