Time Saving Templates…
Create your own property templates, or use ones from our ‘off-the-shelf’ library to make reporting even quicker (available to our ‘Worker’ price plans and trial users).
Our unique approach to templates pre-populates ‘Dispute Avoidance’ notes. This means that before you arrive, we’ve made some common assumptions to help identify key issues – allowing you to add the finer detail on arrival. For example, with ‘Ceiling’ we’ll state it’s free of marks and mould before you arrive, allowing you to add the finish and colour when you get there.
In addition, this feature is extremely powerful for block managed apartments, student property inventories, or recurring property types and layouts.

Tenant Photo Upload…
You saw it here first! In addition to our time saving templates, tenants can now interact with their reports on a whole new level by uploading pictures straight from their smartphone or desktop computer using our integrated InventorySign® process (no third party service = no extra cost). This leads to an unrivalled paperless cycle, creating more detailed, audit trailed reports that ultimately leads to less disputes.
^ Our integrated paperless cycles are making a significant impact upon customer printing and postage costs. Whilst making staff more time-efficient.
Multi Lingual Tenant Emails…
Assign languages to tenants/occupants, so system emails are in their native tongue – ensuring smoother approval cycles (Mandarin, Arabic and Hindi in this release – more coming soon).
