HUGE update coming soon – with ground-breaking features!

New Year.  New App.

In 2016 Inventory Hive was born, in 2017 Inventory Hive will come of age!  Our team has been on the ground listening to the feedback from landlords, letting agents and property managers.  By listening and responding to such feedback, we have released a number of updates to the platform.

On Wednesday the 11th January our property inventory software will release a HUGE update across all aspects of the software.  Sneak preview screenshots to follow this Friday, but in the meantime, here’s a basic insight into what’s coming:

  • Additional Tenancy Types.  Including multi tenant setup with paperless approval cycles.
  • New Report Overview Screen.  User journey improved with new central overview screen for speedy assessment of report status.
  • HMO Features.  Assign tenants to specific rooms for clearer assigning of reports and handle multi tenant approval from one central resource.
  • Default Property Type Preferences.  Set your default property types so as to make setting up your properties easier.
  • Improved Utilities Management.  Central screen for easy access and handy reference to utility contacts.
  • Report Layout Improvements.  Now includes side-by-side reference for subsequent reports.
  • Enhanced Report Cloning.  Choose the report data you wish to copy against a property.

Detailed Intuitive Report Samples.

Of course, the ultimate goal of a property inventory report is to avoid disputes and demonstrate compliance.  This requires ‘before’ and ‘after’ comparison, whilst taking into account ‘fair wear and tear’.  Our property inventory app enables you to view previous descriptions and photos live whilst making comparisons.  We’ll then intuitively build a detailed comparative report with side-by-side descriptions and indexed photos.  The result? Clear detailed reports that represent your brand and professionalism!
