In order our dedicated team can re-charge their batteries with some festive cheer, we’ll be open/closed on the following dates:
21st and 22nd Dec – OPEN (9am to 5pm)
23rd Dec – OPEN (9am to 12.30pm)
*** 24th Dec to 3rd Jan – CLOSED ***
4th Jan – OPEN (9am to 5pm)
Our helpdesk library will still be accessible 24 hours a day. During the above closure times, users can also raise personalised support tickets via ‘Support‘ from browser or App – these tickets will be monitored, but response times will be slower than normal.
