Utilities Makeover

A whole new interface packed full of features:

  • Utilities are now set-up at the Property level – meaning information is remembered when tenants/residents come and go.
  • Utility type names can be customised.
  • More detail can be saved about utilities and meters, such as types of meters (single, two rate etc), location photos, access notes and more.
  • Existing meters can be edited quickly.
  • Meter readings and serial numbers can be auto-populated by scanning a photo of the meter using our new image recognition AI.
  • Old meters can be archived and replaced effortlessly.

As the utilities makeover is so significant and showcases a first for property reporting software with image recognition – we’ve scheduled 20 minute webinar events running:

Ricoh SC2 360° Camera Integration (On Hold)

We previously announced on 8th July that the Ricoh Theta SC2 would be introduced to our integrated line-up. However, we’re still not completely happy with the results from our testing regime, so we’re holding-off on this for now.

Once we’ve carried out more tests and are absolutely confident of the SC2 integration reliability within our App, we’ll provide a further update on our release plans for this new device integration.

General Updates

Although no real bugs were killed in the making of this App, we’ve taken out some pesky code based critters!

Also, we’ve added an ‘Internal Property Notes’ field that’s hidden from reports, but a useful reference point for your teams out in the field.

Important Information: Sync-Up & Update Required

There are two simple steps and dates to follow ahead of the update:

(1) This will be a BIG update and it’s important you sync-up any offline data by midnight on Saturday 25th July 2020.

(2) We will circulate an email on Sunday 26th July 2020 informing you to update your iOS/Android Apps.

Please Note: This is a forced update, meaning you will have to update your App to continue using it.

Our browser version updates will be pushed-live shortly after midnight on Sunday 26th July 2020 – so there’s no action required there (happens automatically).

An update is required for your iOS (Apple) and Android Apps though. Upon receipt of our ‘We’re Live’ email due out on Sunday 26th July please visit: iOS (Apple) Appstore found here and/or; Android Google Playstore found here.
