The Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation) Bill became an act of parliament on 20 December 2018 and comes into force on 20th March 2019.

- Resolve issues from your maintenance lists (does not affect tenant reports).
Send issues to Fixflo retrospectively (if applicable and you have a Fixflo account).
