Customise Your Own Branded Version
Ok, so you love the brand you represent – we love ours too. So much so that we buy any Hive related memoraBEElia (sorry) we can find, from Hive shaped cookie jars to cuddly bee toys and mugs. So, if you’re anything like us, you’ll be excited about our talented development teams recent endeavours….
As from today you can brand up our entire platform to be your own – not just your reports (that comes as standard). Choose your own colours/logo and skin our browser-based system to fall inline with your company look and feel.
This re-skinning effectively removes all references to Inventory Hive branding/colours across the browser-based version of the platform* (for platform users as well as report recipients).
This add-on allows for the following to be managed by our users:
- Website App header background colour
- Website App primary colour (menu, icons & buttons)
- Website App logo
- Email colours and logo branding
- Online photo gallery logo
- All domain/url references can be renamed to match your own (eg. reports.yourdomain.com)

Market Leading Pricing
Customised branding, or ‘White Labelling’ as it’s more commonly known is often notoriously expensive. We decided to break the mould with our pricing and support our customer base in growing their brand offering. Add-ons are priced as follows and are setup inline with your current subscription payment method date – monthly or annually on a pro rata basis. For example, if you paid on the 1st January for an annual subscription and then took out the customised branding add-on after six months, you would only be charged for six months add-on usage until your annual subscription was processed again on the subsequent 1st January (at which point you’d pay for the year for both the subscription and add-on):

Purchasing Your Add-on
Subscribing to our customised branding add-on is easy. Simply login via your web browser and click your name (top right) > ‘Add-ons‘ > Custom Branding > Purchase Add-on.

Terms of Service Update
All our standard price plans come with dedicated online support and complimentary ongoing webinar training – we don’t charge for a support package and have no intention of doing so. Previously all price plans from 50 properties upwards could add an unlimited number of branch brands to the system. This has now been revised, meaning that these users can now setup 8 separate branch brands – each with their own logo and details with unlimited users. Additional branch brand permissions can be added in blocks of 4 at a marginally increased cost – please contact us to discuss this. This enables us to maintain our market leading price points, whilst providing a consistently high level of support.
It’s also worth noting that the custom branding add-on is designed to add value, but it’s not designed to re-sell usage to branch brands associated with your account. This also forms part of our Terms of Service update.
