Interim Workflow, PDF & Tenancy Setup
It’s out with the old and in with the new here at Inventory Hive, which is the common theme for things to come! As with all our updates, they’ve been made based upon feedback from real users.
Interim, property or mid-term visits (to-may-toes / to-mah-toes) have been the emphasis of our attack this time around, along with streamlined tenancy setups and some other neat shortcuts. The results are great too….
Features Summary
Here’s a run-down on the new features:
- Tenancy Setup Made Easy: Add tenant details at your convenience with the tap of a button.
- Maintenance Front Cover Summary: Maintenance issues are auto-summarised on the front cover of reports with zero effort.
- Quick-Fire Compliance Defaults: Buzz your way through simple ‘Yes’, ‘No’ and ‘N/A’ questions in seconds to create detailed reports (Note: ‘N/A’ options simply don’t show in the final report).
- Tenant Signatures Removed: With all report types you can choose whether to send electronically via our unique InventorySign® process, create an instant PDF version with blank signature fields, or remove signature requirement altogether.
- Bigger PDF Pictures: Interims and check-outs with no ‘before’ information to compare against will display much larger pictures for less white space.
- Preview Reports Anytime: Previously all report sections would have to be completed before a preview could take place – not anymore though. Providing you’re online, the new preview option will allow you to view the report along the way.
