Market Leading Innovation
Since launching in April 2016 Inventory Hive has been first to market with a number of innovations. From multi-lingual emails to tenant/occupant photo upload within our paperless InventorySign® process.
Today we are proud to become the 1st accommodation inventory and inspection software on the market to integrate 360 degree camera photography into our Apps (desktop, tablet and mobile).
^ The above sample combines standard and 360° photography, which can be accessed by tenants/occupants responsively via desktop, tablet and mobile with no App or passwords required (triggered by secure automated email and SMS messaging).
What’s the benefits of 360°?
Integrating 360 degree camera technology with standard device photography into our Apps and approval processes opens-up a new breed of immersive inventory and check-out report. The benefits of which from the Inventory Hive platform are clear to see below:
- Capture the entire room in one picture for robust ‘before’ and ‘after’ comparison.
- Improved, more immersive experience for tenant/occupant during approval process.
- Massively reduce time spent taking numerous individual photos of items (standard photography still available).
- Work entirely offline at the accommodation with no network connection required.
- Zoom-in and navigate the room from one picture via desktop, tablet or mobile.
- Reduce PDF file sizes with less individual pictures (ideal for storage and upload to other platforms).
- Add value to your processes by creating bespoke branded, market leading reports with integrated UK wide compliance (England, Wales, Scotland & NI).
What’s the costs involved?
As with all our continuous updates, there’s no extra software upgrade cost – it’s on us! Of course, if you’re organisation is looking to start creating 360° reports then you’ll need to purchase a 360° camera. We have tried, tested and support a range of devices.
