Our property reporting software is designed to be beautifully simple to use without compromising on detail. However, we know that sometimes ‘It’s easy when you know how’.  If you need us to show you how, or you have a technical issue, don’t worry – we’ve got you covered.

You can chat with us online via our support desk, or alternatively, search our library of support articles, complete with visual screenshots and short ‘how to’ videos.

If you’re looking for a quick answer to an issue, simply search our library of helpful and visual guides. Tap ‘Support’ or ‘Help’ when logged-in on your desktop computer, tablet or smartphone.  Then type in the topic you’re looking for.  Example below…

Raise Support Tickets

If you do get stuck, or experience a problem – help is at hand.  Simply choose ‘Leave a message’ or ‘Chat’ and one of our experienced support team will come back to you.  We take support very seriously and our response times are often instant and very rarely outside a one hour window (within working hours).  Outside of working hours we endeavour to respond within a six hour window, although this is often much quicker.
