Add ‘Furnished’ items instantly
When setting-up a property you can now choose ‘Furnished’ as an option. At the click/tap of a button we’ll populate the common furnished items in each room automatically (we’ve researched with letting agents, landlords and inventory clerks).
What’s more, we’ll even add that information to the front cover of your final PDF report with zero effort. This is a great time saver when dealing with furnished properties…obviously. Of course, because we’re ‘Easy to use’ property reporting software, you can always add items in rooms whenever you wish and navigate with ease. If you’re using an older ‘clunky app’ it can lead to mistakes. This is not Crystal Maze!
iOS ‘Push Notifications’
Our in-built approval cycle allows your property inventory reports to be signed remotely. Paperless isn’t just about signing an iPad or integrating with a third party (like other mainstream property inventory apps). Push Notifications mean that you can receive report alerts directly on your device (these are the same alerts you already get by way of email or SMS). Identify when a tenant has: confirmed receipt etc. You’ll get instant feedback, allowing you to be more efficient and save huge amounts of time and money on copying, printing and filing. Not to mention, you don’t need a Degree in Computer Science to use us! Focus on the inventory, not the tool you’re using to complete it.
Add ‘Multiple Pictures’ in one go!
In a rush? Don’t worry, Inventory Hive has you covered. It’s not ideal to finish your property inventory report whilst away from the property, but sometimes that need arises – we’ve been there! So, if you’re in a pickle, you can simply upload a number of pictures to items in ‘One-go’ from your phone, tablet, laptop or desktop! Again, this is a huge time saver, especially when dealing with general overview photos and items in common dispute.
