Our team has been busier than bees at a flower show over the last year! Meticulously researching and developing in close partnership with the Residential Landlord’s Association. Which is why I’m buzzing with excitement to announce the launch of Inventory Hive! From the 24th March 2016 – landlords, agents and inventory managers can use our website to create inventory and right to rent (Immigration Act 2014) reports.
Apps arriving in April
Our iOS (Apple) app for phone and tablet devices will launch before the end of April 2016. The apps sync with the website to create ‘cloud based software’. Android and Windows apps will follow very soon after.
Reduce time spent at properties
As we’re ‘cloud-based’ you can switch between using your desktop, laptop or app, which means you can start reporting before you arrive at the property. Here’s an example – setup a property template and add an exterior photo at home or the office using a desktop/laptop. Then, sync with your phone/tablet app, take photos at the property and leave. Finish the detail off on your desktop, laptop or app when back at home or the office. Alternatively, carry out the entire process offline using the phone/tablet app whilst at the property (arriving April).
